Job Stress, Burnout and Self-care $20
When you work in a high pressure job with the increasing demands for productivity, emotional control and efficiency, stress is a given. And when not managed, that stress can lead to burnout which has serious physical, mental and emotional implications on your life.
In this online workshop, you’ll learn:
How stress impacts your body, mind and spirit
Definitions of burnout, how to recognize it in yourself and others, and ways to manage and eliminate the dangerous implications
Why a self-care plan is so necessary and mandatory (especially for those in high pressure work environments) to combat the negative effects of stress on the mind-body-spirit.
Walk away with a plan for self-care so you are in the right frame of mind-body-spirit to get through the work week!

Working with Difficult People $20
In every work environment, there is that challenging coworker or client who makes being at work a chore and can add to stress and burnout in the office.
In this workshop, you will:
- Identify the 3 different cultures that appear in workplaces and the types of difficult people you may have to deal with.
- Change your reaction to negative people and become mindful of your own verbal and nonverbal messages that you give out.
- Receive tips and tools on how to work effectively with difficult patients and clients so you stay in control during your interactions.
- Identify when you are caught up – or hooked – in an emotionally distressing situation or have a strong negative reaction to someone at work and how to unhook yourself
- Build your personal resilience so you can better handle difficult people

Boundaries $20

This training is a reminder on how to set healthy boundaries and what we need to do when they are pushed to the limit.
